Climate Week Impact
Challenge
AT&T’s Chief Sustainability Officer was speaking at four events during Climate Week in New York. Our challenge was to create an overarching theme and content calendar to tie the week’s activities together and reinforce the key points laddering up to AT&T environmental priorities.
Approach
To generate conversations and build momentum around our CSO and priority messages before Climate Week, we leveraged our membership in the Fortune Impact Initiative to secure a high-profile, niche speaking slot. This strategic opportunity allowed us to engage key editorial staff and highlight AT&T’s plans for Climate Week.
We developed an integrated communications plan with a comprehensive content calendar, collaborating with marketing and program teams to reinforce our key messages through blogs, social media thought leadership, and byline articles.
Results
AT&T successfully broke through to highlight its environmental focus and demonstrated how it uses data to help local and national organizations make better decisions for more sustainable communities.
